  • Hair plumes are traditionally dyed and styled with many colorful combinations and colors.

Numerous colored tattoos

  • Head plumes tend to be untamed and prickly as they lack waterproofing elements opting to be able to withstand the sun instead.

  • Thick feet and hand pads.

  • Color variance lends towards lighter colored feathers and darker colored skin

  • Clothes tend to be loose and light in color to help combat the heat.

  • Plumes end at the knee and elbow.

MONAN

the mountain dwellers

 

  • The only variant to naturally have horns.

  • Bodies are heavier and sturdy.

  • Full-bodied and puffy plumage. Perfect for the cold of the mountain peaks.

  • Large and more dexterous feet.

  • Horn types can vary

  • Horns are made the same as their teeth but often are more marbled like their bones.

  • Multiple horns can be present as well.

CALEM

  • One to two sets of head wings, They are very expressive with them.

  • Calems sport at least two sets of wings but the amount can increase from there.

  • Calem downy is somewhat slick, it's quite oily for peak waterproofing and insulation for their life in high altitude.

  • Most calems take up the position as the front line against other species or intruders due to their placement against the sky. Calem knights can be seen all over in high-up places as they continue their vigil. Of course, calems also take up other positions but the job of a knight is highly valued in their races culture.
